  3. Looks like a lot of interesting links to check out. I left link #18 DIY Fruit Flavored Vinegar. It's easy and dirt cheap to make. Of course I use it in salad dressings and marinades, but I also use it as the secret ingredient in a wide variety of dishes. It just seems to kick everything up a notch on the flavor scale.
